Ordering & Customization

How do I place an order?

Simply choose your product, customize your options (size, material, quantity), upload your artwork, and checkout. Our system guides you step by step from start to finish.

Step 1: Choose Your Product

Select the product you need from our catalog, including stickers, labels, packaging, marketing materials, or apparel. Choose your preferred size, material, finish, and quantity directly on the product page.

Step 2: Upload Your Artwork

Upload your design using our customization tool. We accept print-ready files such as PDF, PNG, JPG, AI, and SVG.

Don’t have artwork? No problem — design services are available if you need help creating or refining your design.

Step 3: Preview, Checkout & We Print

Review your product details and digital preview, complete checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest. Once approved, your order moves straight into production and is printed, packaged, and shipped from our South Florida facility to your door — anywhere in the world.

What happens next?

After checkout, you’ll receive order confirmation and updates as your product moves through production and shipping. Tracking information is sent once your order ships.

Can I upload my own design?

Yes. You can upload your artwork directly on the product page using our customization tool.

Do you offer design services?

Yes. If you don’t have artwork or need help refining your design, we offer professional design services for stickers, labels, packaging, and branding. Visit our Design page or select a design add-on when ordering.

Can I see a preview before printing?

Yes. You’ll be able to review a digital preview before checkout or approval (depending on the product). Please review carefully—approved designs move directly into production.

What are your file requirements?

For best print quality, please submit files that meet the following guidelines:

Minimum 300 DPI

CMYK color mode

Transparent background when applicable

Proper bleed and safe margins

What happens if my file isn’t print-ready?

If your file needs minor adjustments, we may correct it automatically. If major changes are required, we’ll contact you to discuss revisions or design services.

Production & Turnaround

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on the product type, quantity, and customization level. Larger or specialty orders may take slightly longer.

Do you offer rush orders?

Rush production may be available on select products. If you have a tight deadline, please contact us before ordering or note it in your order details.

Shipping

Where are you located?

We are based in South Florida, serving local businesses throughout Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

Do you ship outside of South Florida?

Yes. We ship nationwide and worldwide. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Pricing & Minimums

Do you have minimum order quantities?

Yes, but we keep our minimums low to support small businesses, startups, and creators. Minimum quantities vary by product.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Can I reorder a previous design?

Yes. Returning customers can easily reorder past designs through their account or by contacting us with their previous order number.

Do I need an account to order?

No, but creating an account allows you to track orders, save designs, and reorder faster.

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes. Our stickers and labels are printed on premium waterproof vinyl and are resistant to scratches and fading.

Do you accept returns or refunds?
